The card is the everyday instrument of everything FADA stands for — the child's voice, captured once and carried into every decision that follows.
Capture the voice
Using the FADA Voice Method, the family records the child's own account — what they need, what they dislike, what helps in a crisis — in a form that is theirs to keep and update.
Get the card
Every FADA family gets a digital card free. A physical card, carrying the child's first name, age band, access symbols, and a QR code, is optional.
Show it in the room
At a new school, a clinic, an annual review, the family shows the card. A professional can scan the code and read the child's voice profile — no explaining from scratch.
Log what happened
The family logs each interaction. Over time that builds a record they own — quietly powerful if a decision ever needs to be challenged.
