Get help

You’re not doing this alone.

Whatever you're facing — an EHCP that missed the point, a tribunal in three months, a school that isn't listening, a diagnosis that changed everything — we've been where you are. We can help.

SERVICEHow the Casework Support Service works

Free for families. Peer, plus professional.

It is not legal advice — for that, IPSEA and SOS!SEN remain the gold standard, and we’ll point you to them. What we give is support through the process, from someone who has been where you are.

What we can’t do: give legal advice, represent you at tribunal, or take unlimited cases.

What we can do: help you understand what’s happening, what your rights are, how to prepare, and connect you to the right specialist when you need it.

01

Tell us your situation

Fill in the form below or email casework@fada.org.uk. Tell us the child's age, what's happening, and what you need. We treat everything confidentially.

02

We match you with a peer advocate or caseworker

Within three working days, we match you with a trained peer advocate who has been through what you're facing — and a caseworker if the case is complex.

03

We support you through the process

We help you draft letters, prepare for meetings, review documents, understand the framework, and identify when to escalate. We're with you until it resolves.

REQUESTTell us what’s happening

We reply within three working days.

Nothing you tell us is shared without your explicit consent.
